Get your connection code
It's on your Mend order page and looks like MEND-XXXX-XXXX. Don't have a fix started yet? Begin with a free diagnosis and we'll give you a code.

Download the file below. Then in your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file, and click Install Now, then Activate.

A new Mend menu appears in your WordPress sidebar. Open it, paste your connection code, and click Connect to Mend.
That's it — we take it from here
You'll see a “Connected” confirmation. You can close the tab. We'll get to work and keep you posted by email, with a plain-English report when it's done.
Heads up: a plugin can only run if your site still loads. If your site is completely down (a blank white screen or a server error), don't worry — just start an emergency fix and we'll arrange access another safe way.
